Chocolate Eggless Cake

• 3 Cups Flour
• 2 Cups Sugar
• 1/4 Cup Cocoa
• 1 Tsp Salt
• 2 Tsp Baking Soda
• 3/4 Cup Oil
• 1 Tsp Vanilla
• 2 Tsp Vinegar
• 2 Cups Cold Water

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour batter into an ungreased cake pan

Bake: 350 Degrees





Frosting:

2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 TBS Cocoa
1 - 2 Drops Vanilla
1/2 Cube Margarine
Milk

Melt margarine in a sauce pan. Add cocoa, sugar, vanilla and mix well. Pour milk in gradually, 1- 2 drops at a time, until the right consistancy has been reached for spreading. Spread on cooled cake
