Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Crisco® Pure Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoons finely minced garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste

HEAT olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Sautè garlic in oil 1 minute. Add water, broccoli, salt and pepper. Turn broccoli frequently until it turns bright green and is crisp-tender, about 5 minutes.
