Ingredients
- Crust:
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Cheesecake:
- 1 14-oz. can condensed milk
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 8-oz. container sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
Step 1
Crust:
Combine butter, graham crumbs and sugar. Press in 9" springform pan.
Cake:
Beat cream cheese till fluffy. Gradually beat in milk till smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice. Mix well. Bake 300 degrees 50-60 minutes.
Mix 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla flavoring in sour cream. Spread over cake. Run back in oven about 15 minutes. Chill thoroughly. Can substitute fruit topping for sour cream topping if desired.
