  • 1 Cup Soft margarine or butter
  • 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 3/4 Cup Flour
  • 2 Tsp Cream of Tarter
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Preparation

Step 1

Mix Margarine, sugar & eggs thoroughly. Sift dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients

Roll into balls the size of small walnuts. Roll balls in mixture of 2 TBS of Sugar and 2 Tsp Cinnamon. Place on ungreased cookie sheet

Bake: 400 Degrees
