Hot Strawberry Sauce

  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries or 1 qt. fresh strawberries
  • sugar to taste
  • Grand Marnier



Step 1

Mix sauce just before serving. Put berries in a saucepan with sugar (about 1 cup for fresh strawberries) Simmer until soft but not mushy. Remove from heat and add Grand Marnier. Serve warm over frozen souffle.
