Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) liquid honey
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) grainy mustard
- 2 tbsp (25 mL) balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) salt
- 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in bowl. In a ziploc bag pour marinade over 2 pork tenderloin or 4-6 chicken breasts or 10-12 small chicken thighs. Refrigerate overnight.
Grill on BBQ
