- WITH HANDS PUT OIL ON FISH
- PUT FISH ON TOP OF PEPPERS
- LEMON PEPPER AND WHAT EVER SPICES YOU WANT
- SLICED TOMATO TO COVER
- BREAD CRUMBS
- GRATED CHEESE

2 OR 3 QUART BAKING DISH ADD OIL TO BOTTOM
ADD THE DICED PEPPERS AND ONION
ADD THE OILED FISH.
ADD SPICES TO FISH
COVER FISH WITH TOMATO SLICES
COVER DISH WITH FOIL, AND BAKE 10 MIN ON 375
TAKE OUT OF OVEN AND BREAD CRUMBS TO FISH AND TOP WITH GREATED CHEESE.
BROIL UNTIL BROWN AND CRISP
