Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 pound cubed beef stew meat
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Montreal Steak Seasoning (to taste)
- 2 (10.75oz) can condensed mushroom soup (or golden mushroom)
- 1 small onion chopped coarsely
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz egg noodles, cooked (add a little butter and garlic salt)

Step 1
1. Season beef stew meat with Montreal Steak seasoning
2. Sear beef stew meat in hot skillet with olive oil until all sides are brown
3. In the slow cooker combine the meat, onion, mushroom soup, Worcestershire and water. Give it a quick stir
4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 hours. Stir in cream cheese just before serving
5. Serve over egg noodles with crusty French Bread
