Snowball Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 pound butter
• 1/2 cup powder sugar
• 2 tbsp ice water
• 3 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 4 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cream butter & sugar, add water, vanilla & nuts

2. Blend in flour a little at a time

3. Bake at 300 degrees for 20mins

4. Roll in powder sugar when done
