    jar (32 oz) chunky spaghetti sauce

  • 2

    pkg (10 oz ea) frozen chopped spinach

  • 1

    container (12 oz.) small curd cottage cheese

  • 1/3

    cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1

    tsp oregano leaves

  • 1/4

    tsp pepper

  • 14

    uncooked manicotti shells

  • 2

    cups shredded mozzerella cheese

Directions

Spread 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce in ungreased rectangular baking dish (13 x 9 x 2). Mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, oregano, and pepper. Fill uncooked shells with spinach mixture; arrange on spaghetti sauce. Spread remaining spaghetti sauce evenly over top, covering completely. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese. Cover and bake in 350 F oven until shells are tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
