  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Chopped onion
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 jars 41/2 oz each
  • 1/3 cup mushroom liquid
  • 2 TBS flour
  • 1 tsp dried dill weed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup dairy scour cream
  • 2-3 cups chow mein noodles
  • Snipped parsley



Step 1

Brown ground beef in skillet, add onion and brown

Put in 2 qt baking pan. Add soup,mushrooms,liquid,flour and salt,pepper and dill.

Cover tightly and microwave on High 5 minutes.

Stir,cover and cook 3-5 minutes more until hot and bubbly.

Stir i. Sour cream and serve over chow mien noodles. Sprinkle with parsley
