Creamy Mexican Salsa Dip

Ingredients

  • 3 c. plain yogurt, drained for 3 hours
  • 1 4-oz can green chilies
  • 1/4 c. salsa
  • 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/4 c. green onions
  • 1 Tbs. lime juice
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • Pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients. Chill at least 15 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional cilantro.
