PECAN PIE

Ingredients

  • 3 EGGS Slightly Beaten
  • 1 Cup KARO Light 'n' Dark SYRUP
  • 1 Cup SUGAR
  • 2 Tablespoons BUTTER
  • 1 Teaspoon VANILLA
  • 1 1/2 Cups PECANS
  • 1 Unbaked 9 inch PIE SHELL

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl stir together EGGS, SYRUP, SUGAR, BUTTER AND VANILLA until well blended.
Stir in PECANS.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake in 350º over 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
