  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese cut into small pieces
  • 2 oz colby jack cheese cut into pieces
  • 3 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Half-cup ale



Step 1

Combine the cheddar, colby and cream cheese in a food processor. Add the caraway seeds, paprika and ale. Process until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the spread to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate until needed. Serve at room temperature with crackers or chips
