Ingredients
- Crockpot
- Rice
- Butter
- Vanilla & nutmeg
- Eggs
- Sugar or honey
- Raisins or Currants

Step 1
Cook amount of rice you want = 3-4 C cooked rice.
Butter the inside of crockpot. Put cooked rice in crockpot. Beat 6-8 eggs well. Add milk and eggs and sugar or honey together and pour into crockpot. Mix well. Turn crockpot to low and cook til it starts to thicken, then add 1 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla and sprinkle nutmeg to taste. Add raisins if desired and cook until pudding firms.
Note
Can be done overnight 6-7 hrs in crockpot on low and served warm for breakfast.
