Ingredients
- 2 pounds tomato, chopped
- 2 pounds roasted red pepper chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon persil and coriander mixed
- 2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
