Ingredients
- 1 lb uncooked linguine
- 1 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp white wine
- 2 tsp Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 lb medium peeled shrimp
Preparation
Step 1
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add pasta & cook for 8-10 min or until al dente; drain.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat; add wine, cheese, garlic, parsley & salt and pepper to taste. Simmer over low heat 3-6 minutes; stirring frequently.
3. Increase heat to medium high & add shrimp to skillet; cook for about 3-4 minutes. Do no overcook.
4. Divide pasta into portions & spoon sauce on top; garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley
