Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese Frosting:
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 20oz can undrained crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 9 x 13 pan.

Reserve 1/2 cup chopped nuts and then mix remaining ingredients until blended and bake 35-40 minutes

Frost cooled cake and sprinkle with the 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
