Ingredients
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 T olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 24 oz. ground beef
- ketchup
- mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Toss potatoes with onions and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Divide between 4 large pieves of foil. Top each with 6 oz. ground beef and squirts of ketchup and mustard. Seal packets and grill or bake in oven at 400 until potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
