Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 2-8 oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 1-8 oz can drained crushed pineapple
  • 2 T chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped green peppers
  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 T. seasoned salt

Preparation

Step 1

Bring cream cheese to room temperature and stir in pineapple, onion, seasoned salt and green pepper. Mix well.

Mix in 1 cup pecans. Roll into a ball and then coat ball with remaining 1 cup pecans. Chill and serve with crackers
