Heat the zest and juice from 1 orange, 1 Granny Smith apple, chopped, 1 bag (12 ounces) fresh cranberries, 1 cup packed brown sugar, 1/2 cup cider vinegar and 1 cinnamon stick in a 3-quart saucepan over high heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cook and stir for 10 minutes or until the cranberries are tender. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Let the mixture cool to room temperature. Remove and discard the cinnamon stick. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
