Ingredients
- 2 Lbs. Lean Ground Beef *
- 1 Medium Onion, Diced
- 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper, Diced
- 1 (14.5 Oz.) Can Diced Tomatoes, Drained
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Barbecue Seasoning **
- 16 Oz. Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet add the ground beef, diced onion and diced bell pepper and cook until the meat is browned and no longer pink.
Drain meat to remove fat.
Add the cooked meat mixture to a 4-6 quart crock-pot.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW 2-4 hours.
Serve on hamburger buns.
