- 2 Cups Fresh Basil Leaves
- 1/4 cup Pine Nuts
- 2 Clove Peeled Garlic
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1/2 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

Step 1
Combine the pine nuts, basil, garlic, Parmigiano and salt in a food processor, until it forms a paste.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to mix the mixture until you get the consistency desired.
