Ingredients

  • 2

    Cups Fresh Basil Leaves

  • ¼

    cup Pine Nuts

  • 2

    Clove Peeled Garlic

  • 1

    pinch sea salt

  • ½

    Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • ½

    cup Freshly Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese

Directions

Combine the pine nuts, basil, garlic, Parmigiano and salt in a food processor, until it forms a paste. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while continuing to mix the mixture until you get the consistency desired.
