Ingredients

  • 1 . Seperate eggs. beat egg yolks. Add corn, flour, paprika, sugar, and salt.
  • 2 . In a seperate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into flour mixture and then add baking powder.
  • 3 . Drop batter into hot il and deep-fry until golden brown.
  • 4 . Serve with syrup. Serves 6.
