Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork butt or shoulder - cut 1/4 inch
- 1/4 cup lemongrass
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbs fish sauce
- 1 tb ground pepper
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- 2-3 shallots minced
- 3 tbs Sesame oil
- 1 tb thick soy sauce
- 2 loaves of french bread
- 1 cucumber sliced thinly
Preparation
Step 1
Cut pork into 2-3 inch strips. Grill outdoor in a grilling basket. Combine the ingredients and add pork. Mix well and marinade for 2-3 hours or overnight.
