Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork butt or shoulder - cut 1/4 inch
  • 1/4 cup lemongrass
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tbs fish sauce
  • 1 tb ground pepper
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 shallots minced
  • 3 tbs Sesame oil
  • 1 tb thick soy sauce
  • 2 loaves of french bread
  • 1 cucumber sliced thinly

Preparation

Step 1

Cut pork into 2-3 inch strips. Grill outdoor in a grilling basket. Combine the ingredients and add pork. Mix well and marinade for 2-3 hours or overnight.
