  • 1-1/2 C BOILING WATER
  • 1 TSP. VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1 LB. BONELESS SIRLOIN, CUT INTO
  • STRIPS
  • 4 OZ,. FRESH MUSHROOMS, SLICED
  • 3 GREEN ONIONS, SLICED FINELY
  • 1 10 OZ. FROZEN CHOPPED BROCCOLI
  • THAWED
  • 1 TBL. CORNSTARCH
  • 2 TBL. WATER

Step 1

DISSOLVE BOUILLON IN BOILING WATER AND SET ASIDE. HEAT LARGE SKILLET OVER MEDIUM HEAT AND ADD OIL. STIR IN SIRLOIN AND BROWN ON ALL SIDES. ADD MUSHROOMS AND GREEN ONIONS AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD BROCCOLI AND BOUILLON MIXTURE. SIMMER FOR 5 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. DISSOLVE CORNSTARCH IN COLD WATER AND STIR INTO SKILLET MIXTURE. SIMMER STIRRING OCCASIONALLY FOR THREE MINUTES OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY THICK. SERVE OVER RICE OR EGGLESS NOODLES.
