- 1 unbaked pie crust
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Italian blend shredded cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 tsp salt
- Bacon bits
- any veggies you want
Spread crust with melted butter, sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Beat eggs with rest of ingredients.
Bake at 425 for 15 mins, then reduce to 325 and bake for 40 mins.
