Caramel Filled Brownies

Caramel Filled Brownies 0 Picture


  • Melt 60 caramels with 1/2 cup evaporated milk. Set aside.
  • German choc. cake mix
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup chopped nuts



Step 1

Mix and put 1/2 in a greased 11 X 13 baking pan 350 degrees for 8 min.

Sprinkle 6 oz. choc. chips over hot cake

Pour caramel mixture over all

Put in freezer until caramel is cool and firm

Spread remainder of cake over caramel. It is very thick and works best if spread with fingers.

Bake 20 min.

Put in refrig. to set.
