Creamy Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 6 (1 oz) squares semisweet chocolate
• 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation

Step 1

In heavy 2 quart pan over low heat, heat chocolate until just melted and smooth. Stirring frequently.

With wire whisk, beat in sour cream just until mixture is blended. Remove from heat.

Let cool in bowl.
