Ingredients

  • 10 oz plain flour
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup ghee clarified butter
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix flour, salt, water.
2. Form into a ball and roll flat.
3. Spread ghee on the flour and fold over.
4. Repeat 2-3.
