Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 1/3 cup Butter; melted
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Step 1
Peel and slice bananas into chunks. Put them in a large bowl and mash the
bananas. Stir in melted butter. Crack egg into a small bowl. Beat the egg
with a fork. Add the egg, sugar and vanilla to the banana mixture. Stir in
baking soda and salt. Mic in flour. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake 1
hour at 350°F. Cool on a rack before removing bread from the pan. (If
desired, can add nuts).
