Ingredients
- 1 container sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped
- 1 can sliced black olives or chopped olives
- ~ 1/2 lb genoa salami cut in chunks
- ~ 1/2 lb provolone cheese, cut in chunks
- Handful of parsley chopped
- 1/2 red onion chopped
- Olive oil if a little dry
- 1/2 lb cooked, drained and cooled pasta – spiral shaped is good
- Salt and pepper
