Peach Chutney

Great with grilled salmon (and more!).
Unidentified author said she uses nectarines in lieu of peaches - and is sure canned peaches would also do in the absence of fresh.

Ingredients
- 3 small peaches, chopped
- 1 large green apple, chopped
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 tsp whole mustard seed (or dry mustard)
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in medium saucepan; boil, then simmer till fruit is tender. Serve with salmon fillets.
