Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

• 1 - 2 lbs beef stew meat
• onion, chopped
• 2 condensed cream of mushroom soup, 103/4 oz size
• sliced mushrooms, drained
• salt
• pepper
• cream cheese, cubed 8 oz
• sour cream 8 oz
• cooked noodles or rice

Preparation

Step 1

mix beef, onion, soup, mushrooms and salt and pepper in crock pot
cover and cook on low heat 8 - 10 hur or until beef is very tender
when done stir cr cheese into beef mixture until melted
stir sour cream into beef mixture
serve over noodles.
