Ingredients

• mandarin orange blossom vodka
• vodka
• five -spice marinated mandarin orange segments
• freshly squeezed Meyer lemon juice
• candied Meyer lemon peels
• Chinese five-spice syrup
• kaffir lime leaves, cut into long chiffonade
• seltzer

Preparation

Step 1

1. In a mixing glass, combine the vodkas, mandarin segments, lemon juice, candied peels, syrup, lime leaves, and seltzer.

2. Stir everything around a bit, add a full measure of ice, and shake a few times. Pour the contents into a tall Collins glass to serve.
