Ingredients
- 1 lb. *Drier's* liver sausage, finely mashed
- 1/2 t. basil
- 3 T. minced onion
- 1 clove garlic, mashed(opt)
- Coating
- 1 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/8 t. Tabasco
- 1 T. mayonnaise
- 1/2 clove garlic (opt)
- 1/2 C. green olives with pimentos
Preparation
Step 1
Blend first four ing. well and shape into igloo form. Chill
Coating: Blend well and spread over liver sausage mold. Slice green olives with pimentos and decorate. chopped eggs and onion can also be used.
Keep chilled until time to serve
