Ricotta Cake To Die For

This recipe is a family recipe and delicious!! I first tasted this at Thanksgiving and fell in love with this cake. It is extremely easy.

Ingredients

• 1 box yellow cake mix with its' ingredients to make cake
• 2 lbs ricotta cheese
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 6 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Mix 1 yellow cake mix according to directions on box.
Mix and put into greased pan 9x13 inch pan.
Mix ricotta cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Pour over cake mixture gently. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 mins. Shut off oven and let stay for an additional 15 mins. Take out and cool. Enjoy!
