Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 TB red wine vinegar
  • 2 TB chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 TB olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt, & pepper. Put chicken in a Ziploc bag or a 9 x 13 dish. Pour marinade over chicken & turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or longer. Grill chicken until done OR cook in a large skillet in oil over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes per side.
