Ingredients
- 1 48 oz can pineapple juice
- 2 cans cream of coconut
- 12 oz can frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 26 oz bottle white rum
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in an ice cream pail and freeze.
To serve, scoop into glasses and top with 7-up.
*Can make this non-alcoholic. Just omit rum and then add to individual glasses if someone wants it. This is also the way to go if you are making the
drinks late and need them to freeze faster!
