Two Cheese Linguine

  • 1 pkg linguine
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 cups milk
  • 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice



Step 1

Cook linguine. Meanwhile in a skillet, over low heat, melt butter. Stir in flour and salt until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat. Combine cheeses; toss with lemon juice. Add to the sauce; stir until cheese begins to melt. Drain pasta and add sauce. Toss to coat.
