Ingredients
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 tbs cornstarch
- 2 c low fat milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ground cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually whisk in the milk. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla
Pour into 4 individual serving cups, cover surface of pudding with plastic wrap.
Chill 30 minutes or until set. Sprinkle on cinnamon.
