Ingredients
- 1/2 cup bread flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 6 tablespoons cold water
Preparation
Step 1
In large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients, make well in center of mixture. Add water to well and gently combine until mixture comes together.
Move dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. (note can use stand mixer with dough hook on low setting for 10 mins if desired).
Form dough into ball and cover with clean towel. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Roll with rolling pin to form 11 inch circle. Place on metal pizza pan (with the holes in it) and let rest for 45 minutes before adding toppings.
