Ingredients
- 1 14 oz chicken broth
- 1 can of diced Italian tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato bisque
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- Pepper
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms ( place in food processor)
- 1 large cream cheese cut I cubes
- 2 cups of chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
- Large package of cheese tortellini

Preparation
Step 1
Boil broth an diced tomatoes and tomato soup. Add spices. Food process onion and mushrooms till fine.
Simmer 10 min then add cream cheese. Melt down. Use inversion blender and make smooth.
Add spinach till wilted. Add Parmesan cheese.
Add cooked tortellini
