Ingredients
- 2 c. Monteray Jack cheese
- 6 Aztec flour tortillas
- 1 c.shredded cooked chicken
- 1/4 c. sliced green onions
- Opt.: jalapeno slices and black olives
- sour cream, salsa and guacamole

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly grease a large baking sheet. Spread 1/3 c. of cheese evenly over 1/2 of each tortilla. Top each with chicken, green onions, and optional ingredients. Fold tortillas in half over filling.
Bake 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut tortillas in half; serve with sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
