Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups biscuits, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine first 6 ingredients; add crumbled biscuits and the raisins, if desired, stirring well. Spoon into a lightly greased 9-inch square pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
