Ingredients
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- olive oil
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 c. cilantro
- 3/4 c. crumbled feta
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cook red onion and jalapeno in olive oil, 6 minutes. Puree with avocado, cilantro, feta, lemon juice, vegetable and salt to taste. Serve with toasted bread and vegetable sticks.
