Maple Acorn Squash

Ingredients

  • 1 acorn squash
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 375F
2. Cut squash in half. Scoop out seeds and discard. Place squash cut side down in a square baking pan. Fill with water until it is 1"-2" deep.
3. Bake for 45 mins until flesh is very tender. Pour out water. Pour 1 Tbsp syrup into each half.
4. Broil for 2 mins.
