- 1/4 cup ground dried chilies or chili powder
- 3 Tbsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 Tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt

Step 1
1) Mix all ingredients in storage container with tight-fitting lid. Store in cool, dry place for up to 6 months. Stir before each use.
2) To use as a rub: Brush 1 lb boneless meat (chicken, pork, beef) with 1 Tbsp vegetable oil. Rub with 2 Tbsp seasoning mix.
3) To use as a marinade: Mix 2 Tbsp seasoning mix, 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth, 1/4 cup lime juice and 1 Tbsp vegetable oil.
