Mashed Spiced Sweet Potatoes
Great Thanksgiving side dish! This recipe can easily be doubled, or tripled :).

Ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup apple juice (but cider is better)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp all spice
- 1 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sweet condensed milk

Preparation
Step 1
Clean and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes, leave the skin on for added nutrients :).
Pour the apple juice into a small pot. Throw the sweet potatoes in and drop the butter in, in cubes.
Cover and cook on medium/low until sweet potatoes can easily be pierced with a fork.
Mash with a potato masher, add the spices and salt then slowly pour in the condensed milk. Mix in the cream cheese.
