Ingredients
- 1 cup lowfat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup cracker crumbs
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 onion, minced
- Egg substitute equivalent to 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sage
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup cracker crumbs.
Coat loaf pan with vegetable oil spray and 1/4 cup cracker crumbs. Place cheese mixture in pan.
Bake for 70 minutes.
